Isa Babayev – Cluster head

Isa Babayev graduated from the Faculty of Law at Baku State University. He continued his studies in France, where he obtained two master’s degrees: the first in Transnational Law at the University of Strasbourg, funded by a scholarship from the French Embassy, and the second in Justice, Trials, and Procedures at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Professionally, Isa has accumulated four years of experience as a legal expert and has completed numerous internships. His passion for artificial intelligence and its potential applications in the field of justice led him to pursue a research career. He is currently a second-year PhD student at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, supported by a scholarship from the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan for his doctoral research in France.

Since childhood, Isa has practiced combat sports, particularly kickboxing, boxing, and judo. He has won several national and international championships, and in 2022, he finished second in the French University Kickboxing Championship.
